Among the most norm-breaking Danish designs of the 1960s, theiconicform of Verner Panton’s Flowerpot is available in a series which now consists of seven different models.In close collaboration with the Panton family, we are pleased to welcomefive new andexciting, vibrantcolours to our range for 2023: Cobalt Blue, Swim Blue, Vermilion Red, Tangy Pink and Dark Plum. Alongside this scintillating colour expansion, we are also excited to welcome a re-issue of a Panton original, black and white wave-pattern design inspired by the70s.

Verner Panton started out as a painter before studying architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. After an apprenticeship with architect / designer Arne Jacobsen, Panton pursued a path in furniture and interior design, where he became famous for his avant-garde designs. Such as chairs with no legs and a sofa placed vertically against the wall. In the 60s and 70s, his passion for designing entire environments led to immersive interiors featuring his hypnotic patterns and futuristic designs for furniture, lighting, wallpapers, posters and rugs. Pantons pioneering use of materials, colours and shapes earned him a reputation as a visionary.
