How to Change Miele Filters

This HEPA AirClean filter from Miele is an upgraded version of the previous SF-AH30 filter. This is an improvement over the previous design in many ways. These filters trap and remove 99.95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns. In general HEPA filters are recommended for users that suffer from allergies or asthma.

Aside from the upgrade in performance, this new design features a time sensitive indicator strip that alerts users when it is time to replace the filter, (once a year). Another significant design change is the absence of the charcoal layer. This seemingly small change ultimately improves the vacuum’s performance, because it increases a vacuum’s suction power and airflow.
This filter is designed to fit Miele S2000 canister vacuums, S300-S700 series canisters and Miele S7000 series uprights.

This filter replaces the previous SF-AH30 design
